Confirmation of Registration

Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration.

Hotel Accommodation

Special rates have been arranged at the following hotels. Please make your reservation by filling in the appropriate section of the registration form. To guarantee your reservation,full payment for the whole stay is required.

Please  remember !  All extra services in hotels, such as telephone calls, room service, mini-bar etc. should be paid at the hotel reception desks during the check-out.

Luncheons

No free lunches will be provided. Participants may have their meal at the hotel restaurant. Participants may also have lunch at restaurants around the hotel.
