Cancellation and reimbursement if the cancellation is made:

a. Before 18 December 2005 – 75% of the total minus 25%  bank charges
b. Before 18 February2006   — 50 % of the total minus 25% bank charges
c. After 18 February 2006     – no refund will be possible

For an exchange of a participant, a fee of Euro 30.- will be charged.

Only written cancellations which will reach Conference secretariat Bureau can be acknowledged as the valid cancellation.
